Back to MICHELIN-Select Firewood Penang for a wine-pairing dinner this evening after a long hiatus, featuring wines from Masi Wines in Verona, Italy.

Very good to see Chef-Patron Ker Yang Hao again - he has really upped the ante with some inspired local Penang Nyonya-accented flavours. But his brilliant charcoal-grilled steaks still took centerstage.
