Teochew p’ng kway from Jelutong morning market – the stall is located right outside MW Bake House on 84 Lorong Ipoh, Jelutong. The vendor sells here in the mornings on Wed, Thu & Fri. He says that he’ll sell near Perak Road Market on Sat & Sun.
These pink-tinted, peach-patterned rice cakes contained glutinous rice, bits of dried shrimps and Chinese shitake mushrooms. My absolute fave.
