This is a generation of food innovation where people will push the boundary ever so often and this little shop, #1000 Bread, is no exception. It's busy throughout the day but the foot traffic is brisk, with people walking in, choosing their wants, paying and leaving.
Walking into this shop made me happy...so much cream everywhere and every type of bread looks colourful and pretty! The craze are the square bread like croissants with flavoured cream squeezed in the middle.
For those who likes cream, this is the shop for you.
I initially thought that it'll be expensive, expecting to pay in the region of AUD10-AUD15 a piece but it was a surprising AUD4.80 each. Situated opposite the State Library and QV, if you are walking along Swanston street, go get a bun...
