Burgertory from Subang moved to OUG in June 2023. I recently discovered the transformation of Burgertory into Magpie by Burgertory. Excited to delve into their renowned burger offerings, I initially had my eyes set on the classic beef burger. However, the waiter recommended their signature Bacon Madness Burger (RM36+), and I decided to trust the suggestion.
In retrospect, it turned out to be a misstep on my part, not because the burger wasn’t good—it was, but my personal preference clashed with the sweet twist on the bacon. The Bacon Madness Burger is generously drizzled with honey, a detail I overlooked when perusing the menu.
The mishap served as a lesson to pay closer attention to menu details, ensuring a more personalized and enjoyable dining adventure. I did enjoy the fries and the Weihenstaphaner Hefe Weissbeir (RM38+).
