Chiefeater Chee Leong found the beef noodles surprisingly good at Niu Niu Kulai Beef Noodle despite the lacklustre look
Cai Kueh, Pork-Free
Lovely place for teow chew chai kueh here in Permatang Tinggi. Located within Ah Shan Hokkien Mee (a Penang Prawn Mee shop), Madam Ng has been making these chai kueh for more than 20 years and she is one friendly lady to chat and see how she makes each of those chaikueh by hand.
Three flavours when I was there, bangkwang, ku chai and yam and my favorite still the bangkwang.
