Day 2 Food Tasting continued at 2.30pm today with Chef Teo Keng Soon from Ltitude Genting at the Genting Club Resorts World Genting
An amazing Bespoke off-the-cuff 3-Course menu specially prepared by Chef Teo.
We started with the Canadian Scallop with Dragon Fruit, Sissoo Spinach and Passion Fruit Yuzu Sauce. Absolutely an amazing combination of flavours!
The main course was really, really gooooood!! Chef Teo made Grilled Sirloin with Cherry Tomato, Brussel Sprout, Asparagus, Beetroot and Black Pepper Sauce. It was a Marbling 11!!
We finished with the Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Sauce, Caramelised Sugar Nest and Vanilla Ice Cream. Heaven!!
