Bread & Coffee Hirarinto is a home cook base soba noodles restaurant near Tofukuji station. Very cozy place. Friendly staff . As usual, can’t communicate much but that is the fun of it.
Soba noodles was interesting and yummy. I ordered double portion of the noodles
1200 yen + 600 yen (worth the money). Definitely will visit again if there is a chance.
