Dinner was a delivery order from Souper Zhong, and I was in the mood for something spicy. I decided on their pork rib curry, and it turned out to be a great choice.

The curry was well-balanced, savoury and flavourful without going overboard on spiciness. Just enough heat to keep things interesting while allowing the depth of the spices to shine through. The pork ribs were well-executed, tender yet maintaining a good bite, rather than falling apart too easily.

For a meal that was both comforting and satisfying, this did the job. Would definitely consider ordering again the next time I’m craving a quick pork curry fix. Souper Zhong Puchong might be a cheaper alternative of Souper Tang, but it’s not lacking in delivering a delicious offering.
