Mali Braised Tofu
Porridge
Chiefeater William Tan felt that the Braised Teochew Dao Gua dish together with porridge at Mali was a star meal

Coffee
Went to BLVCK Specialty Coffee tryout their special coffee Icing Limesso 2.0
Ingredients: Espresso, Lemon, Sour plum and Himalayan pink salt. Gave my a mind blow for the first seep.
Very interesting flavour. The taste of the espresso plus the sourness of the lemon and plum. Still can feel some sweetness of the fruits. Half of the rim of the glasses dipped with pink salt for you to try some saltyness.
