Today thinking of uncle’s Penang Hokkien Mee but alas uncle had retired.
Ah Kuang had been selling Penang Hokkien Mee for five years already but because of construction of LRT near his coffeeshop he has to find a suitable place to move. Uncle offered him to take his place. I decided to try Ah Kuang’s Penang Hokkien Mee. Wow, the broth is super delicious.
