Soya Bean
From a humble stall in 1955, Ah Kong Dau Hua Pek Kong Cheng has transformed into a modern and aesthetic outlet today. Located in the busy Pek Kong Cheng hawker centre in Bukit Mertajam, it is now run by the third-generation proprietors.

The outlet is designed with a nostalgic and vintage theme featuring old kitchenwares, furniture and tools, making it a popular spot for social media photos.

In keeping with changing times, various types of toppings like tapioca pearls, sago, gingko, red beans, peach gum, grassjelly and glutinous rice balls are available.

Ah Kong Dau Hua Pek Kong Cheng offers soya milk based items including the traditional soya milk (tau chui) and dau hua (tau wu wah).

In March 2024, Ah Kong Dau Hua opened a branch outlet in Kimberley Street, George Town.
