Artisan Ayam Gepuk – Sunway
今天在附近开完会，jio 同事们一起吃午饭。
我随口问一句：“附近有什么好吃的 Ayam Gepuk？”
结果同事马上说：“有！真的有一家很红的 —— Artisan。”
这是我第一次吃 Ayam Gepuk，也不知道如何点单
索性跟着排在我前面那几个大学生（因为旁边就是 Sunway College 😂）点什么，我就跟着点什么。
点了他们家的
🍗 Klastik Ayam Gepuk Set RM11.90
（传统“敲扁”鸡饭套餐）
鸡肉/”是@先腌制，再下锅炸到香喷喷，之后再把鸡肉“敲扁”，吃起来特别入味。
配菜有生包菜、炸豆腐、炸豆饼，白饭上还淋了甜黑酱汁。
重点是那个手戳油辣椒 + 花生酱，真的很邪恶 🌶️
而且这里还能免费加饭、加辣椒酱。
难怪最近 Ayam Gepuk 越来越火，三大种族都爱上这道国民美食了 🇲🇾
吃完只有一个感想：
第一次吃，就明白为什么大家会排队了
