Hong Tou Meen, Street Food
I like hoong tho mein with a good shake of zesty black vinegar. Hot, gooey with a drop egg, some pork bits and prawns, this warms the soul on another rainy morning in Penang. Maybe next time I bring some flossed crab meat. but for RM7.50 better not complain. Hoong tho mein is a cantonese fare so maybe those canto restaurants in Georgetown can make better versions. I know Ipoh and KL has.
