Toast, Eggs, Pork-Free
I had not been to Boink Bakery for a while since I'm rarely at Rio these days. Today, a meeting brought me back, and I was happy to see new items on their menu. I decided to try their Breakfast Set, which included scrambled eggs on sourdough toast with a choice of coffee for RM19.90. The latte was especially good this time around, smooth and satisfying. The eggs, while fluffy, needed a bit of salt and pepper, but that was easily fixed with the shakers.
While there, their ciabatta chicken sandwich caught my eye. It looked like a hearty option, and I’m tempted to come back to give that a try.
