Nasi Lemak, Pork-Free
Decided to give Botak Nasi Lemak SEA Park a try for dinner and opted for their nasi lemak ayam goreng (RM12). The experience was generally positive, though with a few considerations.

The rice itself was quite good – firm in texture and possessing a subtle fragrance that I appreciated. It wasn’t overpowering, but it did contribute to an overall pleasant base for the meal. The sambal was another highlight; thankfully, it leaned heavily on the savoury side, which is exactly how I prefer it.

The fried chicken itself wasn’t exceptional, but it proved perfectly acceptable – and noticeably better than what I’ve had at Nasi Lemak Bumbung. That said, the price tag of RM12 per plate of Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng at Botak Nasi Lemak Sea Park does put it a full RM3 more expensive than Nasi Lemak Bumbung, which is something to keep in mind when considering value for money.
