Brew 9 emerged from the vision of a dedicated coffee enthusiast and avid cafe explorer in the Klang Valley. Our mission is simple: to elevate your events with top-tier beverages through our mobile cafe on wheels. Crafted with precision, our mobile espresso bar is tailored to cater to a myriad of occasions, including weddings, roadshows, exhibitions, corporate events, birthday parties, and gatherings. Since our inception in 2015, Brew 9 has proudly served over 100,000 cups of coffee at various events and delighted more than 100 satisfied clients with our impeccable service and exceptional brews.

Pricing

Terms & Conditions

a) A transportation fee according to venue location is incurred
b) For Gold & Platinum Package within a 4 hours event, an additional barista charge of RM120 is incurred
c) Each beverage is priced for a 8 oz cup size for hot drinks and 16 oz cup size for iced drinks
d) All espresso-based beverage uses a double shot espresso per cup serving
e) Standard hours per event is at 4 hours. For every additional hour, RM50 is charged
f) An additional charge of RM150 is incurred if the event falls on a public holiday or the weekend
g) Customisation of paper cups and plastic cups using stickers or stamp is available at no additional cost. Designs must be provided at least 1 week before the event in PDF
h) Customisation of coffee cart using sticker printing will costs from RM150-200 according to design. Designs must be provided at least 1 week before the event in PDF
i) In case of any postponements or cancellations:
a) A full refund of the deposit will be given if there is a cancellation 1 week before the event
b) A partial refund (25%) of the deposit will be given if there is a cancellation less than 1 week before the event
c) In the case of any postponement of the event, you can choose for a full refund of the deposit or we can retain the deposit until a later date is confirmed (if not more than 3 months) with no increase in prices as the current price package is locked with the deposit
d) If the postponement of the event occurs more than 3 months later or if there are changes in number of pax catered for, the invoice will be subject to change accordingly
e) Once a refund is made (partial or full), the invoice will be subject to change accordingly due to increase in prices of raw materials in the past few months and the
following months to come
