沙叻秀花园的《财记烧鸭》Since 1984 🦆
在这里营业超过40年的当归咸烧鸭，很多老饕午饭时间都会专程冲来这一味！
老板娘坚持使用新鲜本地鸭，如果提前预订，还能吃到刚出炉、热腾腾的烧鸭，香气直接拉满 🤤
这次来到才发现他们刚搬进新店，目前还在试跑阶段。老板娘说：“新鲜烧鸭10分钟就到！”
当然等！为了这一口，值得 😆
这里没有单座鸭饭，只卖1/4只起。我们直接点了半只，而且特地选左边 —— 听说鸭子睡觉是用左脚站立，所以左半边会比较好吃😋（都市传说先信了）
烧鸭可以配白饭或油饭，我们还加点了一份油菜。
最惊喜的是老火汤任喝到饱，今天是鸡爪白菜汤，够火候、够家常味！
而我吃烧鸭，一定要配酸梅酱。这里的酸梅汁还是老板娘自制的，酸甜开胃，配上咸香烧鸭真的绝配 ❤️
老字号的味道，有时候吃的不只是烧鸭，而是一种从小到大的熟悉感。
