At the recently opened CHU by Chef Nickt. Finally got to try Hanwoo Beef from South Korea. Japanese Black Sesame Creme Brulee for dessert.

The meat is known for its beautiful marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavour, which enhances its overall taste. Hanwoo beef’s high quality rivals that of wagyu, and it’s considered one of the best in the world due to its unique texture and melt-in-your-mouth experience. And you can get it at CHU by Chef Nickt in SS2.
