Celebration dinner at Grub by Ahong with my family. NY amazing and delicious. Simple cut that will satisfy your need for a tender medium rare cut. Well seasoned, though I’m not keen on the apple sauce.

Angus ribeye was a very juicy medium rare cut. Seared on the outside and just enough pink on the inside.

Grill lamb was seared very well outside. All 3 came with a salad, potato salad and apple sauce. Not really sure what’s the sauce about

Poster potato fries also done well.

Seafood pasta is a normal carbonara. It’s ok

Dessert was ok. Only the sticky pudding and tau-fu-fab cheesecake. It was ok.
