阖府统请鱼米，槟城人的 Fish Head Bee Hoon Style！
每次路经 Seri Kembangan，都会忍不住绕进来吃一碗让我念念不忘的鱼头米。
这次我们点了两份：
🥢 炸鱼边鱼头米
🥢 生鱼头米
鱼头选择的是淡水松鱼（大头鱼），肉质鲜嫩又细滑，没有土味，特别适合拿来煮鱼头米。
汤底用鱼骨长时间熬煮，再加入咸菜、生奶和花雕酒，喝起来鲜甜浓郁，层次丰富。我还另外加了 RM4 猪腰，爽脆鲜嫩，和奶白汤底非常搭。
最让我喜欢的是现炸的鱼边，炸得金黄酥脆，泡进奶汤后吸满汤汁，外脆内鲜，每一口都很满足。
这里的份量真的很有诚意，两碗都是普通份量，已经足够我们两个人吃得饱饱。
喜欢槟城风味鱼头米的朋友，下次经过 Seri Kembangan，记得来试试这一碗令人回味无穷的鱼头米！
