I just discovered this simple restaurant, Gathers In, which has been around for the past 12 years. Serving mainly the factory workers in the surrounding industrial area at Sungai Tiram, Bayan Lepas, it has a very accommodating set lunch and set dinner package.
Just add RM6 and u get a drink of your choice and soup of the day with garlic bread. Generous portions and fresh ingredients, the food is tasty and served hot. Owned by the chef and manned by his youthful elderly mother (she is a sprightly 70 year old) the friendly Mdm Ooi, this place has a friendly feel and homely vibes.
