Grey Cafe is in Publika. They have a collab with Niko Neko which specializes in matcha dishes and drinks. I had the roast chicken with orange miso. Chicken was grilled very well and miso is a good complement though I wanted more.
Melissa had the prawn aglio olio. Decent sized prawns but a bit bland.
Mike had the matcha pasta which had good flavours with bacon.
Charmaine had the Hamburg rice and is just right in juiciness.
Jayden had the Katsu Don which was not bad and very normal.
We also had salmon bites which came with a light curry sauce and crispy potato bites.
The collab drink was matcha afogato. It was a good first try.
