My Kluang Tai Kor took us to buy holiao siobak at Hoe Kee for only RM76.00/kg. That’s about 20% cheaper than Melaka, KL, Ipoh or Penang. Most places are already selling at around RM100.00/kg.
We tapao 1kg of crispy skin siobak and 500g of char siew.
