Rice Sets, Street Food, Non-Halal
The Day Day Eat Rice Sets stall in Kah Kih Nang Coffeeshop at Taman Kota Permai, Bukit Mertajam has interesting options. Rice sets are gaining popularity now. They are a good alternative to economy rice. They are freshly cooked and served hot per our order.
This stall located in a coffee shop offers more than 12 types of rice sets. Patrons can choose to cook pork, chicken or fish fillets in different styles to suit their tastebuds.
Kapitan Curry Chicken Meat
Sweet Sour Pork
Kam Heong Fish Fillet
Ginger Onion Fish Fillet
The humble and friendly proprietor, Mr Low, is an experienced chef who has worked in big restaurants for many years. When he was laid-off during the MCO three years ago, he decided to start his own small business selling rice sets.
Personally, I am impressed with the cleanliness of his stall and the way he keeps his cooking ingredients. Everything is orderly stored and neatly covered. No spills nor messiness. Service is fast, food is tasty and prices are very reasonable here. One could not ask for more.
