Today, I missed out on the star dish at Kedai Kopi Tenom Ngiong Chap, “Stuffed Pig’s Trotters.” Let’s try other stuffed ingredients! This place specializes in the hometown flavors of Tenom in the interior of Sabah. The braised pork offal mixed noodles have a sweet and fragrant herbal broth, and the taste is really satisfying. The stuffed pig skin and stuffed tofu are delicious too. The tofu is smooth and tender, and the curry-stuffed tofu puffs are elongated, with a curry flavor reminiscent of West Malaysian curry chee cheong fun soup.
