蕉赖 Yulek 又发现一家新开的古早味福建封肉猪脚！
今天专程来探店「仁嘉隆古早味封肉｜巴生肉骨茶」，看看这家新店到底有什么料？👀
先看菜谱，价格真的蛮合理，单座封肉 RM18 起。
我们点了小骨、猪脚弯，各一份单座。上桌时才发现，份量很大份，慢炖淋汁煮法很加分，肉质炖得柔软，酱汁甜咸适中，拿来淋白饭，真的超级下饭！😋
他们家的元蹄只卖 RM88，看起来就很适合一家人一起分享。今天只有4个人，吃不了那么多，看来下次要约多几位家人，再回来挑战这只元蹄！😂
另外还送了每人一碗肉骨茶汤，药材香气很明显，喝起来是比较浓厚的巴生 Style 肉骨茶风味，热热喝一碗还蛮满足。
我们也点了蒸松鱼头，招牌菜脯蒸的做法，鱼头这次感觉有一点 Over Steam，不过整体味道还是不错，菜脯的咸香也蛮开胃。
这次探店整体感觉：价格亲民、封肉味道不错，尤其那一碗巴生 Style 肉骨茶汤值得一试。
