Chiefeater Jotaro Zen had a birthday dinner with extended family at Top Shelf TTDI

Malay, Nasi Kerabu, Pork-Free
Meet Dina, sweet humble lady who whips up a seriously good and authentic Nasi Kerabu Daging Bakar. The shop opens from 7am to 3pm open everyday except Sunday and is located just behind the bus stop at the main road of Bayan Baru, at the Sunshine Square traffic light.

Super awesome daging bakar (not dry and hard so u know it is freshly grilled), love the sauce – a combination of budu, grilled daging sauce and sambal chilli merah. Totally enjoyed the rhapsody in the mouth with the crispy keropok, crunchy fresh taugeh, chopped cabbage and long beans, plus salted egg, daging bakar and fragrant blue rice ~ h.e.a.v.e.n. We wanted to pack the laksam too but couldn’t eat all of it in one day. So we wil have to come back again for that.
