So wonderful to be back in Singapore and catching up with my bestie over good food at Milli – Sky Dining & Bar. This place not only has sweeping views of the padang and MBS but also delicious and modern interpretations of our local Singapore dishes. I was particularly impressed by 3 dishes we ordered:
1. Oyster Omelette Souffle – Hyogo oysters on a bed of soft cloud like eggs. So unique!
2. Chilli Crab Salad- Very tasty and refreshing at the same time.
3. Bandung Ice Kachang – Definitely the most indulgent ice kachang I’ve ever had. Loved the meringue topping which gave it a different sweetness and burnt texture while the isaphan sorbet was sweet and refreshing. Love it!

While the lobster laksa was so so, the presentation of a half lobster on a bed of curried cheong fun was a creative spin.
I would definitely come back again to try the other dishes. 2 thumbs up!
