Every time it rains, the first thing that comes to mind is Min Xiang Seafood Restaurant in Kepong. The fish head soup here is really stomach-warming and heart-warming! It’s really not easy to find such a delicious soup base in Kuala Lumpur.
They cook it with pork and fish bones, and the large grouper head is fresh and tender. It is paired with taro, enoki mushrooms, fried yuba and tomatoes. Every bite is full of flavor. And the soul character – plum blossoms, brings out the slightly sour layering, which makes it especially appetizing and relieves tiredness! After adding fresh milk, the soup becomes smoother and more fragrant, making people unable to stop drinking it.
If you are also a fan of fish head soup, this restaurant is definitely worth saving, especially if you eat it on a rainy day, you will feel happy!
