The char koay teow at the Pasar Awam Bagan Ajam food court cost only RM6.50/plate compared to most places on the Island that asked for RM8.00/plate (all with chicken egg).
A glass of teh susu cost RM1.50 whereas we pay averagely around RM2.00 or more on the Island. Cost of hawker food is slightly lower in the mainland than on the Island, due to supply & demand.
