Chiefeater Alwyn David had Wagyu, striploin and the secret steak at Cleaver Shed TTDI, finding the steaks flavourful and well-seared

Seafood, Pork-Free
First time here at Quallys Nusantara Kitchen Greenlane area. It’s called Quallys Syok Segarnya. (Totally different concept with the previous restaurant), All their seafood is from their own farm. (No wonderso fresh). Even the water and ice are filtered. 100% hygiene.

Thanks to a fellow foodie (not the owner) for the invitation. Two of us ordered 6 dishes. imagine that. Steam Fishhead, grilled prawn, deep fried squid, signaturechicken, fried cabbage and fried eggs.

The steam Fish head are super fresh, mix excellent with the soya sauce . Yummy yummy yummy

Grilled prawn with their special spices. So delicious. Most importantly the prawns are super fresh too.

Deep fried squid gave me a surprise too. crunchy on the outer layer and the squid are easy to eat. Yummy yummy yummy

Signature chicken. We are too full so ta pao balik but I tried before this dish and love it (at previous location)

Fried cabbage. Interesting combination with their spices. Not spicy at all.

Fried eggs. taste ok. Like normal fried eggs

Overall is a good experience to dine there. Talk to the owner Kak Ayu. Can feel her passion towards food and cook when having a chat with Kak Ayu. Definitely will come and explore more.
