Hey, guess what? I stumbled upon this cool joint called Restoran Ikan Bakar Simpang Ampat Melaka near the Simpang Ampang toll plaza in Malacca. Picture this: the boss was flipping a massive piece of snakehead fish on a sizzling hot iron plate.

在马六甲 Simpang Ampang 收费站附近发现了这家《友族》烧鱼饭店。。当时老板正在铁板上煎着这一大片蒲鱼，随口问问多少钱，他说RM25，好便宜哦。我们就点了它，两边的鱼肉都很饱满又新鲜，配搭三峇辣椒酱，味道更加鲜美！这里的鱼类都很新鲜又多选择，加了一份亚三鱼头，新鲜的肉质，把整个鱼头吃剩骨头而已。
爱食客有路经 Simpang Ampat 可以去试试，吃完来杯Coconut Shakes 凉快凉快一下！

Just out of curiosity, I asked how much it cost, and he said RM25! Can you believe it? What a steal! So, naturally, we ordered it, and let me tell you, both sides of the fish were plump and fresh. And when you pair it with their killer sambal chili sauce, oh boy, it takes the flavours to a whole new level of deliciousness! They’ve got a fantastic variety of fresh fish here, so we also got ourselves a Curry Fish Head. The meat was so fresh that all we were left with were the bones of the entire fish head.

If you happen to be around Simpang Ampat, you gotta give it a shot, my foodie friend. And after you’re done, treat yourself to a refreshing Coconut Shake found at the Dodol Station. Trust me, it’s the perfect way to chillax!
