When it comes to grilled chicken wings, who doesn’t love them? Especially for us Malaysians, grilled chicken wings are a must-have late-night snack. Once you bite into it, the charred skin and tender and juicy meat are really - suck! hand! refer to!
What I want to recommend today is the Yika Food Center in Sungai Buloh! This chicken wing is the kind I have ever eaten that makes me dream. The boss is very particular and uses high-grade charcoal for barbecue. There is no unpleasant charcoal smell when you eat it. It is healthy and fragrant!
The chicken wings are marinated in the morning. After the chicken wings are fragrant, they are tied to a rack and placed on the charcoal stove. The chef slowly roasts them one by one until they are golden and charred. The grilled chicken wings have crispy skin without being too dry, and the meat is just tender. After one bite, the aroma of the marinade fills your nostrils. Dip it in their special spicy chili sauce and the taste will be increased tenfold!
The stall opens at 5:30 pm every night and is sold out while supplies last. Be careful! The grilled chicken wings at this stall are so good, they are usually sold out around 8 o'clock, so if you want to eat, go early to get a seat, otherwise you can only touch your belly and drool.
Tips: Remember to bring a few friends, two per person is enough for fun!
Want to eat roasted chicken wings next time? Don’t think too much, Sungai Buloh will benefit everyone, and you will be guaranteed to eat until you feel like “eating to your heart’s content”!
