Setting itself apart, Sarai Fine Thai aims to bring you on a journey of rediscovering Thai cuisine. With more than 27 years of culinary experience, Isan-born Chef de Cuisine – Chimkit Khamphuang, or better known as Chef Lisa, is dedicated to bringing a part of her Thai heritage to Sarai. Sit comfortably and enjoy the traditional Thai-style dining known only as สำรับ (sumrub), with beautifully crafted menus that have been delicately and meticulously curated to conjure warm feelings of belonging and gastronomic contentment. Indulge in classical Thai dishes well-loved by the royal family, with each encompassing a touch of innovation and modern embellishment, taking your taste buds on an adventure of enticing flavours, inviting aromas and exquisite textures.
The pomelo soft shell crab salad was good at 7/10.

The crispy fish was also good at 7/10

The grilled pork was ok at 6.5/10 – found it a little overcooked/dry.

The vegetable was superb at 7.25/10 – some kind of fern variant.

The kkai jiew gai sab (scrambled egg) was good at 6.5/10. Had it been pork mince instead of chicken, it would have been a 7/10 surely.

Many years ago, we frequented Sabai Fine Thai at Customs House for high-end Thai. Now, I feel Sarai takes the crown. Well done Chef Lisa.
Overall, a solid 7/10
They currently have a SG60 Special: just $60++ for 2 adults (U.P. $78++) for an à la carte Thai buffet featuring unlimited servings of authentic, curated dishes. Link to their menu is here.
