Was really excited to check out this place when it just opened. And finally came to Sin Tong Hong Kopitiam today. The fried chicken is nice but it’s pandan chicken, not rempah. Noodles is springy and firm but lacks the “hiongness” of oil. Both coffees were nice.
The Good
But the biggest winner here is the cucur udang!
Overall it was a meh experience as the food was all preheated and was on the verge of getting cold when we ate. The ambiance was also somewhat confusing as it doesn’t give you the bustle of traditional kopitiam and yet it’s not a cafe per se.
