Kott-Don 360 VivoCity Korean BBQ
Korean BBQ
Chiefeater Luke Soon shares about the meal he had at Kott-Don 360 VivoCity, a Korean BBQ specialist by Flower Pig 360

Omakase, Fine Dining
We’re so proud of Chef Kazu Nakamura, having had his wonderful creations (to ourselves) for the past 5 years. His creativity and innovation with Japanese izakaya and Omakase fusion styles has been an eye opener for me. What more, seeing his confidence and expressionism grow over the years has been a privilege.
Finally, Chef Nakamura is ready to flex his own wings, into the world of (competitive) the omakase scene. Taking over the now defunct Kaunta (Kaunta Singapore, Nakamura is now officially open!

Unlike my other reviews – I won’t go dish by dish. Until August, at least when it’s official. Right now Chef Nakamura (or Kazu as we call him) is only serving his regulars. This will be one of the hottest tables in a few months, mark my words. You heard it here first at Chiefeater.
