My KL food adventure continues. Today I had a dim sum lunch at a local Chinese restaurant in kuchai lama and they served me a really pretty tree filled with crispy prawn balls that looked like lychee fruits! Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside with a cheesy centre, it was yumz!

The other traditional dim sum dishes such as truffle siew mai, mala dumplings, you tiao chang fen and carrot cake were good too but the lychee tree was definitely the most unique dish.

We also ordered a sampler of 9 bite sized dishes with the unagi wrapped in crispy seaweed cracker being my favourite.

We ate so much at lunch we had a major food coma, skipped tea and had a late but healthy dinner to make up for the sinful lunch.
