To aptly describe this place, you can look but may not find it! Joomak has NO sign or anything to suggest that it’s a pub and best part is, you have to go down to the basement in which it will reveal a brightly lit atmosphere for drinking. The sign you see is inside the pub…hehehe.
One of the Korean culture is that you must always have food (bites) with your drink. So this place insists that you order bites with drinks, else they won’t sell it to you. So there we were, after fried chicken, ordering a jug of Terra beer (yes, yes, it’s Terra beer drank out of Cass glasses), soju-vodka-pineapple cocktail with gibblets and mackerel. Awesome.
