Chiefeater Jaimy Yee was at the popular Gerai Kak Ely to have some fresh seafood which she found to be delicious
Chicken Chop, Lychee Chicken Rice, Pork-Free
My visit to Mokka Cafe in Bukit Jalil turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I had only been there once for its coffee more than 4 years ago.
Jen's choice of the Lychee Chicken Rice (RM19+) was a hit. She thoroughly enjoyed it, finding the sweet and savoury flavours coexisting harmoniously together. She said it was delightful and satisfying.
My selection, the Salted Egg Chicken Chop (RM28+) or what put in their menu as Golden After Eggs, also met my expectations. The chicken was cooked to tender perfection and was bursting with good flavours. What I particularly appreciated was that the salted egg sauce was served on the side as the default presentation, giving diners the option to decide how much of it they wanted to enjoy. This thoughtful touch by Mokka Cafe allowed for a more personalized dining experience.
This was my first time having a meal here but it should not be my last. Another good option to dine at in Bukit Jalil.
