The Hainanese chicken rice in the newly bustling Ampang New Town is quite popular recently. Today, I went there specifically for their yellow-skinned free-range chicken. Unexpectedly, their steaming skills are also commendable.
The steamed fish head is tender with smooth skin, and it's delicious.
