You will step into lush greenery, greeted by a beautiful landscape leading to the Santapan Borneo Seafood Nursery Cafe at Jalan Tropicana Utara.
Opened in February 2024, Santapan Borneo offers fresh fish flown in from Sabah. Among the fresh fish served here include the 7 Star Grouper which is a big hit among the customers here. The VIP private room (which seats 10 pax) feels more like a cosy home, equipped with My way Karaoke equipment, rather than a restaurant. My friends and I had the RM88 steamboat set that comes with two broth type, Clear soup and Milky Soup. This soupy goodness keeps my tummy warm. We added on prawn paste, fish paste bean curd roll, fried turnip and fried bean curd.
The bill came up to RM150 and we had a great dining experience here with the hospitable owners.
Pro Tip: The must try here is this green chilli that’s so appetizing!
