Ah Ma Chi Mian Jem at Kopitiam Food Hall – Jem. Pork ball noodle (set M1) at SGD5.90 comes with a rich pork broth. I opted to add liver for SGD1.50. I prefer the fine noodles over mee pok. Come a bit earlier to avoid the working lunch crowd. Next to Ah Ma is Ban Mian which looks quite interesting though the sauces n condiments are quite similar.

Around the corner are the famous Blanco Court Beef Noodle and Fish Maw Pig Stomach Chicken Soup stalls , both enjoying brisk business. I cannot resist the tonkatsu style ‘white’ pork bone broth whenever I see it.
