Chiefeater Chee Leong caught up with a friend for lunch at The Food Court Kinrara and he found the Buttermilk Chicken Rice to be good
Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun, Street Food, Non-Halal
When I saw the name Michelin Steam Rice Roll, hanging at the side of this addition to a corner shop lot in a residential area. I knew it was a matter of time I will be back to try out the Rice Roll here to see if it lives up to its grandiose name. Well I finally did this lunch time.
Walking in to this simple, unpretentious place, with a single stall, very limited FnB menu, one may be tempted to walkout to the next door Kopitiam, which has much more to offer.
Well if you did so you will not know what you miss. Try out their signature signboard dish. their Rice Roll,..... Or as I call it Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun.... Smooth, nicely done... it's definitely one of the better ones in Butterworth, and in my opinion is worthy of its grandiose name.
