one of my fav breakfast in JB during COVID lockdown. 三蛋粥 (sān dàn zhōu) or 3 egg porridge tambah deep fried intestines. truly a meal that warms the soul. the fusion of textures and smokiness of century egg, salted egg and fresh farm egg with creamy congee, finished with the crunch of crackling intestines is amazing.
I have been here so often that they know exactly what I want at Hong Kong Porridge KaKa Lok, Johor Jaya.
