最近重新装修并更名为“南哥茶店”的老咖啡店，给人焕然一新的感觉。里面的炒饭档口尤其出名，其中的招牌炒饭和滑蛋鸳鸯最为经典。天气微凉，我点了一份香辣炒饭搭配荷包蛋。炒饭的配料简单却美味，有腊肠、叉烧和长豆。炒饭充满了WOK气，香辣酱味道绝佳，荷包蛋煎得恰到好处，蛋黄仍然保持着流动的“生”度。
The old coffee shop, which was recently renovated and renamed “Namgor Hainan Kopitiam”, gives people a brand new feeling. The fried rice stall inside is particularly famous, among which the signature fried rice and scrambled egg are the most classic. The weather was slightly cool, so I ordered a spicy fried rice with a poached egg. The ingredients of the fried rice were simple but delicious, with Chinese sausage, barbecued pork and long beans. The fried rice was full of WOK, the spicy sauce tasted great, and the poached egg was fried just right, and the egg yolk still maintained a fluid “raw” degree.
