Sarawak Laksa is one of the signature dishes of Kuching. The broth is made from herbs and spices to give a mouthfeel of tanginess mixed with a light creaminess of coconut milk. Rice vermicelli noodles, shredded chicken, julienned omelette, shrimps, tofu, bean sprouts, cucumbers topped with a lime complements the broth.
