Fine Dining, Pork-Free
Had dinner at Sea.Fire.Salt Anantara Resort and tried as many dishes as possible. We started with Amuse Bouche. For Appetisers, we ordered their fresh Oysters (pictured above) and Scallop Carpaccio. The oysters were really good!! So fresh!
Also ordered freshly made Potato Crisps with Caviar and Sour Cream. Loved their homemade bread and butter (Hummus, Seaweed and Charcoal flavour).
For Mains, we decided to go for their Wagyu Tenderloin, Lobster Pasta and Grilled King Prawns. The lobster pasta was our favourite. Tasted really nice with the light creamy sauce. The grilled prawns and Wagyu tenderloin were slightly over done but taste was good.
The 2017 Chilean Red Wine was a good choice to pair with the food we ordered. Ambience was very nice as the restaurant is located just at the beachfront.
The sound of the waves and the breeze made it a memorable dining experience.
