I decided to try a quarter cut of roast duck and roast chicken from Good Taste Puchong, a well-established chain of restaurants across the Klang Valley. Good Taste Puchong has been around for a while, making a name for itself with its straightforward approach to traditional roast meats and noodles.
As for the food, the roast chicken was on the dry side, lacking the juiciness that would elevate it beyond just average. It wasn’t terrible, but it left something to be desired. On the other hand, the roast duck fared better. While it wasn’t a standout dish that would make me rush back, it was certainly competent—nicely roasted with the skin offering a mild crisp and the meat decently tender.
