Had a most delightful Japanese fusion meal at Buri by Two Chefs at Built Jalil. Roasted Iberico pork, chawan mushi topped with foie gras, angel hair pasta with seafood and truffle oil, baked clams with garlic mentai, spicy minced salmon sashimi bruschetta, avocado salad and a grilled piece of tuna head.
