Chicken Wings, Street Food
I made an order of the Roasted Chicken Wing stall at Medan Selera Everyday Foodcourt in Pusat Bandar Puchong via food delivery. This open-air hawker centre is a local staple, hosting over 50 vendors and offering a massive variety of street food favorites.

The chicken wings turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I particularly liked the texture and the flavor profile; unlike many local versions, these aren’t overly sweet. They serve as a great alternative to standard fried wings when you’re looking for something with a bit more char and depth. The wings arrived well-prepared and held their quality during transport.

5 pcs Roasted Chicken Wing: RM29.60
Priority Delivery: RM2.50
Delivery Fee: RM0.20 (Discounted from RM3.20)
Promotional Discount (RM7 Off + RM3 Off): -RM7.00
GrabVIP Benefit: -RM2.50
Total Bill: RM22.80
Score: 7.33/10
M – Meal Value
The standard price of nearly RM30 for five wings is on the higher side for a food court, but the quality of the roast and the specific non-sweet marinade provide a unique value. When combined with delivery discounts, it becomes an even more attractive option.
Score: 7.0/10
V – Vroomness of Delivery
RM0.20 for the delivery fee. What else to say.
Score: 7.5/10
X – X-Factor
The X-factor is the specific flavor profile of the wings. By avoiding the typical sugary glaze and focusing on a more savory, textured roast, this stall offers a distinct alternative that stands well among the crowded hawker landscape.
Score: 7.5/10
