I made an order of the Roasted Chicken Wing stall at Medan Selera Everyday Foodcourt in Pusat Bandar Puchong via food delivery. This open-air hawker centre is a local staple, hosting over 50 vendors and offering a massive variety of street food favorites.
The chicken wings turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I particularly liked the texture and the flavor profile; unlike many local versions, these aren’t overly sweet. They serve as a great alternative to standard fried wings when you’re looking for something with a bit more char and depth. The wings arrived well-prepared and held their quality during transport.
